Sales Support Specialist, Enterprise Clients, Europe (100%)
At least a BA/BS degree
Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
2-5 years of experience in selling in the area of innovation and strategy.
Excellent track record of selling towards large corporate clients (with 10,000+ employees).
Ability to influence key decision makers and build relationships.
Experience with a CRM tool – we currently use Salesforce & Pipedrive
Pragmatic personality with positive working attitude and willingness to go the extra mile together with the whole team.

Interest to grow revenues of key corporate clients (10k+ employees) of Strategyzer’s core value propositions and variations.
You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, remotely, on multiple deals and service our North-American/European enterprise clients during normal business hours.
You thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
You have a commitment to quality, excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to hold conversations with executive level contacts.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, working with sales, product, content teams, external partners and some experience with working remotely.
Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Key Role & Responsibilities
Sales Support Management
Mainly responsible for European clients.
Work together with Sales team during new client hand-off, and support and handle aspects of new contract creation and procurement work
Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management responsibilities to primarily large enterprise key clients
Generate new sales opportunities from cold or lukewarm leads, build long-term relationships with potential clients and close deals
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients
Own relationship of assigned clients with together with other sales team members
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
Identify potential opportunities and drive customer renewals or up-sales back to the team
Advocate customer needs/issues to the Strategyzer team internally, provide feedback to our Product and Customer Development teams
